App Not Syncing Across Devices
- Check your internet connection on both devices
- Log out and log back in to refresh your session
- Force close and restart the app
- Clear your browser cache if using web version
- Check if you're logged into the same account on both devices
Not Getting Push Notifications
- Check notification permissions in your device settings
- Verify your reminder time is set in the app settings
- Ensure notifications aren't muted for Winning
- Try changing your reminder time to test notifications
- Check if Do Not Disturb mode is blocking notifications
Can't Log Into Your Account
- Double-check your email address for typos
- Try the "Forgot Password" link to reset your password
- Clear your browser cache and cookies

Streak Not Counting Correctly
